A: If you don’t see Polidori Sausage at your local
grocery store, talk to the meat manager and ask them to order it. Customer’s

is the main ingredient. We do not use pork trim.

to artificially color its sausage. In the early years, Italian Sausage

in their Italian Sausage to make it more attractive to the consumer eye.
